Teddy Lupin and Victoire Weasley played with time to help out during the original war. They messed up. Voldemort used them. Voldemort learned the secrets to his downfall in advance and avoided them. He has now seized control of Wizarding Britain and is kind of playing Hitler in his attempt to eradicate Britain (and eventually the world) of those he deems "unpure" and "unworthy." As Minister of Magic, he has made the extermination of muggleborns, vampires, werewolves, squibs etc his top priority, and he has also organized a program to insure the "good" genes remain pure in the pool with his marriage act. Meanwhile, the Order faces extreme difficulties and are fighting tooth and nail just to get by. Will they be able to make a stand this time around?
